What is frontoplasty?
Frontoplasty, also known as forehead surgery or forehead lift, is a surgical procedure performed to rejuvenate and improve the appearance of the forehead and brow area. This surgery is used to correct wrinkles, expression lines, sagging skin and drooping eyebrows.
With this treatment we can also change a forehead that is too prominent into a harmonious and smooth one, or turn a very flat or sunken forehead into a forehead with the necessary volume.

It is important to have good scalp elasticity and no significant active hair loss problems.
How is forehead reduction surgery performed?
The surgeon makes an incision along the existing hairline. The scalp is then dissected and mobilized, the desired amount is advanced forward, and the excess forehead skin is removed. Finally, the incision is carefully sutured and the incision is concealed in the hairline.
Is the frontoplasty scar very visible?
